The place is always very clean. Food is good. Slots are disappointing. It's a shame when you put $100 in a machine, finally get a feature, and get a total of $.98 (yes, that's cents).... This has happened on numerous occasions and I've heard this same scenario from others who frequent all their locations. Yes, I know it's a casino, and it's a gamble, and there is nothing promised... but if you want to keep people coming back, give them a little something to look forward to.

Incredible experience here at the Four Winds South Bend. Beautiful room, great food, and absolutely incredible service. I don’t think you can find a more welcoming casino in the Midwest. Honestly, this is a wonderful place to hang out. Sadly, the reviews on slot payouts are 100% accurate. Something is very wrong with the payouts. If you’re a slot player, you may want to look elsewhere.

This was an amazing place to stay on our way to Chicago overnight. The staff was over the top friendly. From our check in with AJ to having a fabulous dinner, they went above and beyond. The hotel is clean, the pool is adorable, the little cafe by the pool is also super cute, the casino is very nice. Every staff was over the top professional and kind. They had drawings at the casino, it was all so organized and easy to hear/see results. I was literally saying in the car on the way there how I feel like customer service is no more due to some interactions we've had recently, and I'm happy to say this place proved me wrong. Highly recommend Four Winds South Bend. What a gem.
